We ship nationwide and to more than forty countries. Every order is packed in a lacquered presentation box inside protective outer packaging.
Orders placed before 2 PM on a working day ship the same day. Orders placed later, or on weekends and public holidays, ship the next working day.
Standard domestic delivery takes 2–5 working days. The shipping fee is shown at checkout; orders above the free-shipping threshold ship free. International delivery times vary by destination and are quoted at checkout.
A tracking number is emailed and texted to you as soon as your order ships. If tracking has not arrived within two working days of your order, contact us with your order number.
