Velora Watches collects only the information needed to deliver your order and support your account: your name, contact details, delivery address, and order history. We never sell or rent this information to anyone.
When you place an order we store your name, email, phone number, and delivery address. When you create an account we additionally store a securely hashed version of your password — we can never see the password itself. When you subscribe to the newsletter we store only your email address.
Your details are used to process orders, arrange delivery, honor your warranty, and — only if you subscribed — send our monthly newsletter. Payment card details are never stored on our servers.
We use a session cookie to keep your cart and sign-in working while you browse. It contains no personal information and expires when you close your browser.
You can ask us to show, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. Write to us via the contact page and we will respond within seven days.
