If a watch is not right, you have fourteen days from delivery to return it.
The watch must be unworn, with all protective films intact, and returned in its complete original packaging including the warranty card. Watches showing wear, sizing marks, or missing packaging may be refused or partially refunded.
Email us with your order number and the reason for return. We reply with a return authorization and address within one working day. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once your return is inspected, refunds are issued within seven working days to your original payment method, or as store credit if you prefer. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.
Prefer a different model or strap? Mention it when you start the return and we will hold the replacement for you.
